Stroll around the Joan of Arc Garden and explore the history of the Plains through sixteen works of folk art specifically crafted by artist Patrick Lavallée (Atelier du Gosseux) for the Garden, offering a colourful interpretation of legends associated with the renowned park.

The Plains of Abraham are alive with mysteries and legends. In October, tales resurface and magic sets in! Will you be brave enough to wander around in this huge park? Fear not, our magic bag has everything you need to venture forth and discover hidden treasures.
October 1 to November 6.
$12 + taxes per bag (designed for 2 kids).
Approximate duration: 75 minutes.
Recommanded for kids ages 5 to 9.

Lantern in hand, join this spellbinding interactive walking tour to discover the Plains of Abraham under a ghoulish light!
Shed some light on the dark history of the park and the many obscure legends linked to it. Dare to meet a thief, a treasure hunter, and period characters, intriguing and mysterious. With them, learn about military discipline in the Martello towers, surgery at the time of the battles, public hangings, origins of Halloween and black masses on the Plains.

Stories to Wake the Dead
Stories and legends by three storytellers

In the company of three storytellers, immerse yourselves in the universes of storytellers Marc-André Fortin and Jean-Philippe Marcotte, and into the troubled past of the Plains through the character of Mélina Marcoux, who lived in Martello Tower 4. Witches' covens, military battles, duals, executions, hangings... Stories that will send shivers down your spine!
